1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Coral Blue Lagoon Casino Resort ("the Casino") or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter the premises or use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the casino gaming areas, place wagers, or consume alcoholic beverages on our premises. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at any time. Individuals who cannot provide proof of being 18 or older will be denied entry and may be removed from the premises.

3. Gaming Rules and Regulations

All gaming activities are subject to:

• Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and all applicable federal and state laws
• House rules posted at gaming tables and machines
• Decisions of casino management, which are final
• Minimum and maximum betting limits as posted

The Casino reserves the right to refuse any wager and to bar any person from gaming activities.

4. Player Rewards Program

VIP Club membership is subject to separate terms and conditions. The Casino reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time
• Change point earning rates and redemption values
• Suspend or terminate membership for violation of program rules
• Adjust tier status based on play activity

Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

5. Responsible Gaming Policy

Coral Blue Lagoon Casino Resort is committed to responsible gaming practices:

• We provide information about problem gambling resources
• Self-exclusion programs are available upon request
• We train staff to identify and assist patrons who may have gambling problems
• Voluntary spending and time limits can be set on your account
• Free counseling referrals are available through our Player Services desk

If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek help immediately. Contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 or visit their website.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests must:

• Behave in a respectful and courteous manner
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Dress appropriately (casual resort attire required; certain areas require business casual)
• Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
• Not use devices to gain unfair gaming advantages

Violation of conduct rules may result in removal from the premises and potential lifetime ban.

7. Security and Surveillance

For the safety and security of all guests:

• The entire casino is monitored by video surveillance 24/7
• Security personnel patrol all public areas
• We reserve the right to search bags and belongings
• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited
• All incidents are documented and may be reported to law enforcement

8. Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are subject to availability and separate hotel terms:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Valid credit card and ID required at check-in
• Cancellation policies vary by rate and season
• Guests are responsible for any damages to rooms or property
• Room rates exclude resort fees and applicable taxes

9. Limitation of Liability

Coral Blue Lagoon Casino Resort is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal property
• Injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence
• Disputes between patrons
• Gaming losses or equipment malfunctions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In the event of equipment malfunction, all wagers are void.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

11. Photography and Recording

By entering the casino, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for security and promotional purposes. Professional photography and videography require advance written permission from management.

12. Right of Admission

The Casino reserves the unconditional right to refuse admission or service to any person at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of casino rules or policies
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Self-exclusion or involuntary exclusion status
• Suspected cheating or advantage play
• Outstanding debts to the casino

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nevada law. Gaming disputes must first be appealed to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
